Jessie was very efficient, she paid close attention to detail and explained everything to us, and answered all of our questions. Your Tenant Portal allows you to view your Account status, make Online Payments, and enter Maintenance Requests. After your call, ALSO please follow up by entering that Maintenance Request through your Tenant Portal, so we may keep good track of your request and our response.

Applications are thoroughly screened, including credit and criminal background checks, verification of employment and other forms of income, and previous rental history. After the lease is completed and security deposit collected, all documents are delivered to the owner. Our leasing fee is then paid to us by the owner.
