Our location in Hellertown has been in operation since 1897. Pliny A. Bergstresser first opened the funeral home when he combined the business with a cabinet making and furniture sales store. Then in 1942, Clarence W. Templeton purchased the funeral home. Templeton Funeral Home was in operation for 42 years before Clarence desired to retire.

Baker funeral home is blessed to have a facility that allows us to host events in our community that celebrate and honor our community members. In the past we have hosted memorial events ranging from celebrating our fallen soldiers. If you have an event in mind that will take a large facility, please feel free to contact us.
