Katie got back to me right away when I first started the project. She even came by within the first few days to measure and get a look at the space. She then told me she needed to finish another job and then would be on to mine. After not getting a call for a couple weeks, I reached out by text, phone call and email multiple times and never got a response. Even being told they didn't have time to do the job or didn't feel it was a good fit and allowing me to move on would have been more professional than just ghosting me like this. They might be good, but I wouldn't know because they refuse to

We contacted Katie Kemen ( KDK by Design) back in October 2019 to have our kitchen remodeled. I can only say it has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with her. We have gotten excuse after excuse about the delivery of our cabinets. We paid her $6500 on Dec 5, 2019
And it is now February 2020 and still no cabinets. She does not return calls or texts and when she does it's one lie after another. We finally contacted the Sheriff's office in her town to advise them of the situation and the Detective I spoke with was already aware of other fraudulent activities by her . It has come to my attention
