At Milan Physical Therapy, we treat many sports-related injuries, but we also understand the importance of prevention training to reduce the frequency of injuries in the athletic community. Our treatment program not only focuses on recovery from the dysfunction produced by an injury; we also equip athletes with tools to prevent re-injury as well as the occurrence of new injuries.
