Every homeowner should have their home tested to determine the levels of cancer-causing radon. Having a radon mitigation system installed in your home will safely disperse deadly radon gas. Simply put, radon mitigation is installing a system which routes the radon gas, before it enters your home, and disperses it into the open air safely away from your home.
It is important to have your home tested to determine if you are living with dangerous level of radon in your home or radon in water. According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency Radon is the #1 cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has found that long term exposure to radon gas is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers in the United States.

About Us
Report
CZ was founded originally as CZ Construction Management, Inc. in 2001 to provide the central Vermont market with high quality residential construction services. Over the years it seemed that pretty much every house we built had elevated radon levels. It is important to get tested right away to determine if your family is being exposed to radon poisoning.
About the Process
Report
There are several methods we can use to lower radon levels in your home. Some techniques prevent radon from entering your home while others reduce radon levels after it has entered. EPA generally recommends methods that prevent the entry of radon. Soil suction, for example, prevents radon from entering your home by drawing the radon from below the home and venting it through a pipe, or pipes, to the air above the home where it is quickly diluted.
Airwell
Report
A pipe with an aeration section is inserted into the well bore, down to the bottom of the well. Recirculating the water in this manner oxidizes the water contaminants in the well, actually penetrating back into the aquifer. Does the aeration provided by an Airwell installation cause extra biological activity in the water?
