We had been visiting Chincoteague for almost 30 years for short stays of less than a week. We always wanted to stay longer. Finally after retiring we made plans for a two week stay on the island. Several years ago we realized that we had to change our vacation destination on Chincoteague. We checked out all the vacation Realtors on Chincoteague.

Born and raised on Chincoteague Island, Lea Anna has a knack for knowing the ins and outs of Chincoteague! Whether you need a recommedation for a good dish at a local restaurant, or a rainy day activity, Lea Anna can help you! Lea was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. She moved to Chincoteague in 2016 to be an Innkeeper at a local hotel, and instantly fell in love with the island and its community.

As many of you know, we have been transitioning to keyless entry. Starting in 2021, we expect to have all of our properties on keyless entry (except for a few homes). What will this mean to you? First and foremost, it will mean no more waiting in our parking lot until 4 p.m. to pick up keys. It will mean not having to call our office after hours for lockouts.
