I usually only take the time to give positive reviews, but feel compelled to write this. I would give Allied Health Solutions a 0 if possible. They did not get back to me when I requested an appointment for Dr. Joseph Pierson, so I had to send a message to them via their website. I did receive a text the next morning asking for my insurance card and drivers license. I texted those items back and did not receive an email that day. Finally on Thursday, several days after my initial request, I received am email from Allied Health call center. They instructed me to fill out an intake form (the worst

I had a problem with one of the staff in the past and the CEO herself got in touch with me several times and made sure the issue was taken cared of completely - that staff was let go. Some patients are good at acting but some of us are really having a really really rough time dealing with some issues with life and health thats hard to explain. it exist when the patient says it does. And for this very reason I really do appreciate Dr. Lisa Bradleys non judgmental, pleasant and easy going attitude.
