I used ENSEC's special organic top dressing last June. THe yard looked awful, 3700 sq ft of centipede, winter damaged. Rufus evaluated a quarter inch, at $380, should do it. I was skeptical at first, hardly saw the material, when laid down, but here it is 2 months later, and the grass is really filling in nicely, and crab grass and broadleaf weeds are pretty much invisible if not gone. More or less what Rufus said it would do, only a few bare spots left to go. I figure filled in by the end of summer. It was a good result from not too much $. Thanks Rufus, fine job!

I just bought a home that had a termite bond with ensec since 2002 and now they state that the bond is not renewable after 18 years of loyalty to this company they have turned their back on a long time client

Horrible!!!! Approached after we bought home, stated time for renewal and would transfer to us as new owners. After 5 years, found out even though we paid annually, no signed warranty contract in iur name ever existed!!! Contacting bbb and local law enforcement anout criminal fraud and civil litigation if in fact can be done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
