The Nursing Director is very Rude. I use to work at this cesspool. Patients get treated like tools instead of people. I called recently to retrieve something and like typical New Yorkers I was spoken to like trash. If you hate your family send them here. If you live then take care of them your self.

Without a doubt, the worst Nursing/Rehab facility I have ever visited. Security is nonexistent, the receptionist never acknowledges visitors and resident call bells go unanswered for far too long.
