Dr. Wilson established Maxwell Medical Group in 2000 after seven years as a locum tenens physician. He maintains active ER practice while leading our primary care services. Board certified since 1993, he graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 1989.

Margo Tichy

Office Manager & Medical Assistant

Margo joined Maxwell Medical Group after completing her clinical rotation here in 2017. She has advanced from medical assistant to office manager while maintaining clinical responsibilities. She coordinates daily operations and patient care logistics.

Daniela Zuniga

Medical Assistant

Daniela graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2022 and joined our team after her clinical rotation. Currently pursuing pre-medical studies, she provides clinical support while preparing for medical school admission.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson since 2018. Last week I went in for an appt to ask for advice regarding medication. Instead of explaining and offering information, Dr. Wilson proceeded to yell. For the next 15 minutes he continued to berate me. I spoke up and stated, "I do not know why you are yelling at me and why you are so upset with me. I came in here to ask you for advice." He then agreed to write me a prescription while angry and I was completely taken aback. I just received a phone call today from Margo stating that I will no longer be a patient. Margo sounded completely confused and

Today was my first time with Dr. Wilson. I havent been to a doctor in many years, but I had some concerns - and quite a bit of anxiety - that I wanted to clear up, as well as just getting established with a doctor. Not only was he kind and extremely thorough, he eased my anxiety immensely and took time to go through each of my concerns (there were quite a few!). Even when it came down to medication, Dr. Wilson asked questions to determine which brand to put me on. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson!

Dr Wilson is a wonderful physician. I have recommended him to my family and friends. He is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He listens to what you have to say and understands stress in life that may effect ones health. His office assistant Margo is a sweetheart and always makes us comfortable.

Dr. Wilson is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about his patients. He is almost always able to get me in the same day and spends the time getting to know me and provide the best care.
Dr. Wilson is patient, kind, understanding and highly knowledgeable. Many doctors nowadays dont make the time to understand or care about their patients and are too quick to get you in and out of the office. Dr. Wilson is unlike any other doctor, he truly is the best and I highly recommend him!
