I interviewed for a recruiter position. I was recruited off of LinkedIn. I had two interviews. I was called back for the 2nd interview. The 2nd half of the interview was entirely inappropriate. One of the main owners was not present, he was out that day, so I think it was a sales manager that was with my original recruiter that filled in. He asked a lot of personal questions. Before I could answer questions, he would talk about his stories and himself before I could give my feed back. Granted, it did give me time to think but made me so frustrated,. Went through the interview process for almost two months. At first they were very responsive, quick to set up initial phone conversations and interviews. Then after the first in-person interview, it was very hard to communicate or get any feedback. Then came the second in-person interview, we ended up going to get a pedicure. Yes, a pedicure. It was awkward, and unprofessional. I went along because, hey, its a job interview and maybe it was a way to gauge my flexibility in situations. They then invited me to Tulsa for an interview at their home office, which was a 2 hour drive each way. They

As a recruiter, they are worthless. Advertise positions that don't exist to collect resumes and then probe you for information as to where your looking/submitting...a shady way of getting leads. I would recommend anyone looking for work to skip them.

The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. the account manager seemed friendly but there was an awkwardness during the interview. However, she was very transparent, which I appreciated.
