I am a graduate of The Massage Therapy Institute of Davis, CA and completed 400 hours of training at the Swedish Institute in New York City. I have expanded my education by studying several modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, aromatherapy, trigger point therapy, sports, and hot stone therapy, etc.

The universal body massage for relaxation customized for you. Recommended for relaxation/stress management and pain relief. Customized to your needs by combining massage and bodywork techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, sports, and stretching. Your massage therapist will ask you how much pressure to apply before and during the massage to ensure your comfort.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so I can talk with you about your massage needs, areas of concern, and fill out paperwork for first time clients. If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please give 24 hours notice so that I may make this time available to other clients.
