An update in the popular 172 line, the Cessna 172R marked Cessna's reentry in the single-engine market in the 90's. Our five 172Rs are available for primary training and general public rental. One is equipped with an HSI, and all are equipped with an autopilot for lateral navigation. Our Cessna 172S is a faster and more advanced version of our 172R.

How old do I have to be to start flying? While anyone can start flight training at any age, the minimum age to solo an airplane is 16, and the minimum age to take the practical test for your pilot certificate is 17. Who will be my instructor? If you do not know any of the instructors, a qualified instructor will be assigned to you based on your availability and that of the instructor.
