The worst experience: They run my insurance card but did not tell me the hidden fee. I finished the exam and then I received a bill asking me to pay $118.11. I called them and they said you should ask your insurance company why they can not fully covered the exam. Okay, I will not visit Chelmsford Optometric Associates again.

I went there for an eye exam. Four months later, they sent me a bill to charge a pair of glasses that I NEVER buy for $800. Scam? I wont recommend to go there! Always hard to get someone pick up the phone. Just want money from you.

This was my first time at this office and the staff did a wonderful job. Dr. Lahey was very personable and I loved that they offered the Optomap Retinal Exam as an alternative to the dilation drops.

The receptionist is very rude and has no clue about how to talk to new clients. The basic requirement for the job is to have people skills which she entirely lacks.
