Massage & Reflexology

Massage is the manipulation of soft muscle tissue to relieve body stress and pain. What can I expect? Expect a quiet, private space with soft lights and music. The therapist will give instruction before the massage and will leave the room for you to undress. Undressing will be to your level of comfort.
