In addition to wonderul wines we now also vint hard ciders and meads. We currently bottle a dry apple and sweet apple variety and have a mandarin cider on tap. Our ciders ciders are carbonated and average 7.5% alcohol and are available in both a 500ml bottle as well as on tap at the winery. Our meads are done in a light and playful style.
Infused with hopps and finished with oak, both the Hopped up Viking at 9.6% ABV and the Nomad at 7.5% ABV are a nice alternative to traditional wines. LIVE VINE wines are aged in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels until the winemaker feels that they are ready for bottling. Wine releases vary by variety, year, and quality.
