Wellness Roots Acupuncture & Massage Therapy, PLLC (formerly Wellness Roots Healing Arts) was founded by Liz DiNapoli Lemire, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, licensed Acupuncturist, and licensed Massage Therapist. Like many of us, Liz once suffered from chronic health concerns that affected her daily life including migraines, allergies, asthma, eczema, TMJ disorder, digestive issues, sleeping issues, and neck and back pain.
Growing increasingly frustrated with the state of her health and its negative effects on her life, Liz began exploring Acupuncture, Ancient Chinese Medicine, and Massage Therapy. Through these powerful holistic healthcare practices, Liz experienced extraordinary relief from her physical symptoms and a profound evolution of her body-mind-spirit.

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
Report
Having been practiced in China for over 2,000 years, rather than thinking of Acupuncture as alternative medicine, it would be more appropriate to think of it as "The Original Medicine." The Ancient Chinese discovered the relationship between "Qi" (the life force energy found in all living things and in nature) and health and illness.
