I found them because they had the best price, but they exceeded my expectations and value. They did a great job with my daughter and corrected all the bad habits I was teaching her. Very patient, and great at giving corrective criticism. What an amazing class! The instructors Gary and Vachelle were very patient, hilarious, caring, and most of all helpful in their teaching styles.
My older brother, my younger cousin, and I all took the class and all learned so much! I couldn't be any more grateful for the three driving lessons I took with the amazing instructors that allowed for me to pass my driving test! I highly recommend anyone that wants to not only know the basics of driving, but the unique lessons you learn and appreciate throughout the teachings.

Testing

Start Smart Driving Academy is a State of Colorado certified third-party testing site that is certified to administer both the State Driving Test and State Written Permit Test. To obtain a driver's license, you must obtain a valid learner's permit first to be able to take a driving test. For your convenience, we are open Monday-Saturday to administer both the written permit test and State driving test.

We offer 4 packages for TEEN drivers that includes 30 Hours Classroom, Written Permit Test PLUS 6, 8, or 10 hours of one-on-one driving lessons. Our behind the wheel training provides driving instruction in a variety of environments including a minimum of 2 hours of city driving, 2 hours of mountain driving, and 2 hours of highway/merging driving.

After the student completes and passes the 30-hour classroom course, they will receive a certificate of completion that they can take to the DMV to obtain their driving permit if they have reached the age of 15 years old. This permit allows the student to begin driving with their parents to complete their 50 hours of practice driving.
