Counseling Services
Our counseling services provide evidence-based mental health support for individuals and families. Anger Management
We offer structured anger management programs including 8-week group courses and individual sessions. Our Choice-Based Anger Control model teaches clients to transform negative patterns through cognitive restructuring. The teen program focuses on emotional regulation and problem-solving skills for ages 13-18, with both weekly and intensive one-day session options available.

Dr. Dawn Jones has provided excellent OT services for my son. My son, who was 2 years old when he started, did not adapt well to new people because he had been home since infancy. He was working with another therapist but would not settle down long enough to learn. What I loved about Dr. Jones was that she quickly identified the issue and made adjustments even before I brought it up. She worked with him personally and was able to get him comfortable so he could attend to tasks. She is very caring and compassionate towards her patients and families. I've been with Stepping Stones Intervention for almost 3 years for my son. The staff is always friendly, his counselor is amazing and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a counselor or speech therapist, I would highly recommend Stepping Stones Intervention.

Dr. WillIe Jones has really been helpful in supporting my eight year old son. He is helping my son deal with his anger issues. Dr. Jones has really been productive in my son life with his visits to my sons school. My son is showing great improvement on how to deal with his frustrations issues. I could not have done this without Dr. Jones.

I have been coming to stepping stone counseling for some years now and I must say this is the best counseling service I have ever had. Dr. Jones is very professional, hes not judgmental, and he has you really working on your issues vs trying to medicate you. My son came to Stepping Stones as a referral from his pediatrician about 7 years ago. He was 11 years old and needed assistance with fine motor skills.
