I have worked with printing companies all over southeastern Massachusetts for more than 25 years, and rarely have I gotten the combination of great service, high quality and reasonable pricing that I consistently get from Norwood Printing. The people who work at Norwood Printing have been in the business for years and they know the technology. But they also have great marketing sense; they know what I'm trying to achieve and if I've missed the mark, they tell me and help me improve the piece. Absolutely terrific service and production and pricing. Just had them print 2800 pamphlets for our community. They worked with us through several edits, gave great suggestions. Printed, folded and hand delivered to my door way ahead of deadline. First rate company which I can recommend to anyone.

Not sure what I got for my money. Engaged Norwood Printing for my wedding programs. As far as I can tell they took my soft copy document and just dumped it into a template. No proofing, no alignment of lines or correction of different font sizes!! Any and all changes had to be identified by me via an emailed proof and then they charged me for their "editing" work. WHAT? Customer Services leaves a lot to be desired!!! Will never use the company again.
