I feel the most grounded out in nature - roaming the coastline with salt air in my lungs, tackling a new mountain (I'm working on my NH 48 list), or strolling through downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I also love + appreciate solitary runs, indie folk music, endless cups of hot tea, vinyasa, and soft, directional light.
