Our first location in Floral Park, New York, opened in 1992, and has since expanded to three locations to better serve the Long Island and NYC community. The Jzanus Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is an alternative to traditional home care. CDPAP is a Medicaid-funded program that permits the consumer or designated representative to administer and assume responsibility for their own care or the care of their loved one.

When a loved one needs around-the-clock care, at home or in a nursing facility, Jzanus Home Care can be there. One of our Registered Nurses will meet with you to evaluate needs, create a detailed Personalized Care Plan, and ensure that it's carried out to the letter.

Personal Care Aides

Jzanus Personal Care Aides provide you with peace of mind when it matters most. Our Personal Care Aides attend to the more basic activities of daily living - they do not provide the same health care management services as our Home Health Aides, but are available to assist clients with an array of care needs - from bathing and dressing, to household tasks like laundry and light housekeeping.
