Rossignol's goal more than 20 years ago was to provide a quality choice for area residents. From their Caribou location, CPT attracted patients from all over Aroostook County, some driving an hour or more to receive therapy. To better serve patients, CPT opened their second clinic in Presque Isle in 1997, followed by Madawaska in 1999, Fort Kent in 2000, and Houlton in 2002.
Over the last few years, CPT has expanded its services beyond traditional physical therapy. CPT now offers occupational therapy, workplace services, custom orthotics, and many specialty rehab services. CPT has also introduced fitness and wellness programs at all of their clinics, and operates fitness centers in Caribou, Presque Isle, and Fort Kent that are open to the public.

County Physical Therapy has grown since opening our doors in 1987 to encompass more than just the treatment of sports and orthopedic conditions, but to offer a diversification of services to help treat a broad spectrum of issues under one roof. Our staff believes in expeditious set up of appointments so that the patient can start their rehabilitation soon after the physician or mid-level provider requests it.

Caribou was County Physical Therapy's first clinic back in 1987, initially located at Vaughn Place on Hatch Drive in the former Caribou Hotel building. At that location, CPT developed a county-wide reputation for delivering premium physical therapy, and attracted patients from all over Aroostook County.

The Houlton County Physical Therapy clinic first opened in 2002. It was very well received within the community and has grown into a thriving practice. With a broad referral base, we are happy to serve residents from as far north as Bridgewater and as far south as the Patten area. Concentrating in orthopedics, we strive to provide efficient, cost effect rehabilitative care.
Madawaska

The Madawaska County Physical Therapy clinic opened in May of 1999 and has been a thriving clinic ever since. Launched as the third of what are now 5 clinics, CPT recognized a growing demand for high quality physical therapy services to residents of the St. John Valley.
