We use a platform called Frederick which monitors our open appointment slots and sends out automatic discounted appointment offers to help fill those open time slots. It's a win-win as it helps us efficiently fill our capacity as a spa and offers our clients the opportunity to save some cash in exchange for being willing to fill that last-minute opening.

Heads up: There's a fairly annoying glitch where our booking platform doesn't allow selecting multiple services when booking directly through waxapeel.com. If you're looking to book more than one service, we'd recommend booking through our Mindbody page which you can find here. Cancellations must be made at least 4-hours prior to your appointment time to allow ample time for us to fill the vacant spot.
