We have lived in Lakeshore for 4 years and couldn’t be happier. The layout of our duplex -3B 3B- is so livable and the best use of space. The grounds are so pretty, and our neighborhood is quiet. We love our… neighbors as well. We have our own little garden in the backyard. Landscaping is performed every week, and building maintenance requests are completed promptly. The whole staff is wonderful. This really a terrific place to live. Ron and Sue

If you're looking for a great place to live with clean, well maintained grounds this is the place for you. Parking is never a problem. Units are well maintained with responsive maintenance staff. My A/C stopped working on a Saturday morning during a heat wave and the on-call maintenance man not only had it fixed within two hours but he also took… the time to clean the filters. Alyssa and Robert in the office are very responsive and easy to work with. Each unit has washer/dryer hookups. The complex has a nice mix of retirees and younger families. Lived in the apartments for a year, town houses for 4 years. Best place I have lived. Only reason we moved was to get away from the City of Lodi bill! Management (Ruthie) was amazing. Love Katie! All issues fixed asap. Even AC issues on long holiday weekends. I'd move back in a heart beat!

I loved living in these apartments because the people at the office were very trust worthy and nice , when ever something broke the maintenance would come and fix it . I lived there for about 2 years and I recommend it 100%
