Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. Kick-up your fitness routine with our high-energy, cardio-focused classes. Our kickboxing workouts incorporate kicking and punching for a dynamic, challenging experience.

You'll keep your body guessing as our trainers motivate and inspire you to empower your power with every style of kick and punch throughout the rounds. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality based system is designed to teach real defense in the shortest possible time. Just as important, we teach being able to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter.

We encourage our students to use their Martial Arts knowledge to improve our communities through one act of leadership, public service, and mentoring at a time. Classes and the school environment is designed so that students can start at any time and blend into our academy. Students are able to move through the program at a rate comfortable for them, not necessarily as a class unit.

This seminar offers the students an opportunity to work through real life situations and to practice how to remove yourself from them. You will learn techniques in escape, defense and retaliation from assailants. These classes are held periodically at the school, or specialized classes can be scheduled that can be tailored to you and your groups needs.

Instructor K.C. Jones and his staff are dedicated to providing a high level martial arts experience to you. Mr. Jones and his instructor team focus on creating well rounded martial artists using traditional Tae Kwon Do as the foundation then adding Gracie style Jiu-Jitsu for a full learning experience.
