I started working out when I was 16 years old. Obtained my NASM in personal training after which I worked for crunch in Hoboken and in NYC on the Lower East Side. Two years ago I competed in my first bodybuilding Physique competition where I took 4th in my class and 4th in overall out of 33 competitors.

Group Fitness Studios are all equipped with state of the art equipment, audio/stereo systems, spring or rubber flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, and ceiling fans/lighting.
