The phone call to set up my appointment was great excellent customer service. The windshield replacement technician that came to my house was also great and had excellent customer service. The recalibration was to be done the next day but i was never given an appointment time for it. Gabriel called me that next day. He called me three times nonstop in a row. I was unable to answer any of the phone calls because I was in my college class. He immediately texted me annoyed that I wasn't answering. I called and explained my situation after I was out of class telling him I was in thatcher for my class

They communicated very well, handled all of the insurance stuff from the get go. I felt bad because I am very hard to deal with and they treated me like I was family. Daniel came out to replace my windshield and talked me through the steps of what he was doing. Show me why hes using the better quality equipment he was using. Had to listen to me and my very we will call it vocal neighbor who talks and talks. They made this process super easy and I will only be recommending this company anywhere I go. I cant say enough great things about this company and Daniel was seriously the greatest. Hope
