I can still remember the day in June of 2013 when my husband and daughter returned from a ride through town and said, "guess which building is for sale?" I knew the answer and I knew without a doubt that our adventure was about to begin. My name is Wendy (Volk) Bartok and I'm a 1986 graduate of Elk Lake High School.

Our breaded boneless wings are all white meat chicken, tossed in your favorite Anthony's wing sauce. New York Style Pizza Each New York Style Pizza is made with our own hand-tossed dough, topped with homemade pizza sauce and our special blend of quality cheeses and spices. However, other ingredients in our restaurant and pizzeria contain gluten, and are prepared on shared equipment.

Salads All Salads include iceberg lettuce and romaine mix with tomato, cucumber, black olive, onion, croutons, and your choice of dressing. Extra dressing $.60 each. 6 Homemade pizza dough knots baked, then tossed with butter, fresh garlic, and parmesan cheese. 4 Egg roll wrappers stuffed with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, served with our homemade tomato sauce for dipping.

Tender elbow macaroni cooked in a homemade cheese sauce, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Prepared with a blend of ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella, baked with our homemade tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Anthony's own hand-pounded chicken breast and mushrooms sauteed in butter, marsala wine, and spices.
