Although my nails turned out well, I was unaware that I was going to be charged $10 more than the listed price on the website and the brochure I was handed there. No one told me that my price would be upped and when I asked why, there was no clear explanation. In addition, I have a hair appointment coming up. Because of the nail incident, I called ahead and asked the price of my haircut. I was told it was going to be much higher than the listed price as well. I understand having more expensive prices for those who have more experience but not one person told me this and I would have been charged

I love this Salon and my stylist Olivia especially. All the ladies are friendly and welcoming the minute you walk through the door. They never push sales. Olivia is brilliant. I always give her full control of what she wants to do and I have never left disappointed. I look forward to seeing her every 6 to 8 weeks.
