Physicians that refer patients to Diamond Ridge are affiliates of Citrus Memorial Hospital and Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center in Citrus County, as well as other hospitals and facilities in our surrounding counties.

The rehab team utilizes specialized equipment to assist each resident in maximizing their functional gains during the rehab process, often decreasing the length of stay. Our 24-hour care staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of each patient and resident, providing excellence in an array of services.
Specialty Programs

The Pathway to Home Program is designed to assist patients with a safe transition back to the community as soon as possible. Upon admission, a member of our Interdisciplinary team will schedule a Partners in Care meeting with the patient or their family; we will discuss the care, goals and projected stay for the resident.
