We were extremely pleased with the inspection that was provided. We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were looking at. Semper Fi inspections walked us through the entire house, answered any questions we had explained to us what he was doing throughout it all. He was able to show us hidden issues we weren't aware of, ultimately saving us a ton of money. I would absolutely recommend using semper fi and will definitely use in the future.

It was easy to schedule with Jason for our pre-drywall inspection. He informed us of his arrival time. He was responsive to our questions concerning our home, and informed us of what he was finding as he was completing his inspection. We received his inspection report the very next morning. His report gave us the confidence that another set of eyes were on our house as it is being built. We look forward to our pre-closing inspection with Jason and Semper Fi Home Inspections
