Best experience I have had with renting party rentals! The process was so fast and easy! All the workers were super friendly and fast setting up the moon bounce and even made sure everything was completely perfect before they left! I would highly recommend to family and friends. Very disappointed in this company. I was really looking forward to using their games for a birthday party. They are located in New Castle and absolutely refuse to deliver to a location in Smyrna which is only 32 minutes away from them, and I even offered to pay extra. Their products seem great but they were not accommodating one bit and did not have great customer service.
