Our goal at VEES Home inspections is to help you (OUR Client) feel confident, comfortable and relaxed about your home purchase. Buying a house may seem like an endless series of critical, important decisions. When you find the house that is right for you, you'll need to find a home inspector to educate you about the condition of your new home.
Well Water Testing
Report
Minnesota and Wisconsin Department of Health recommends well users test their well water annually for Coliform Bacteria, and every other year for Nitrates. In addition, Public Health Officials also recommend that if there are infants in the home the water should also be tested for Nitrates annually.
Radon Testing
Report
The Minnesota Department of Health Strongly Recommends that ALL homebuyers have an indoor Radon test performed prior to purchase or taking occupancy. VEES Home Inspections, can perform this test and have results in 2-3 days for $150.00 when bundled together with a home inspection, or $175.00 as an individual inspection, which includes trip charges.
Home Energy Inspection

In order to generate your Home Energy Report, I conducted a walk-through of the home and collected about 40 data points related to energy. Throughout the rest of this report, you will find information about the efficiency of the major systems in the home, and recommendations for improvements that can help reduce your energy bills while making your home more comfortable.
