Well Water Testing

Minnesota and Wisconsin Department of Health recommends well users test their well water annually for Coliform Bacteria, and every other year for Nitrates. In addition, Public Health Officials also recommend that if there are infants in the home the water should also be tested for Nitrates annually.
Radon Testing

The Minnesota Department of Health Strongly Recommends that ALL homebuyers have an indoor Radon test performed prior to purchase or taking occupancy. VEES Home Inspections, can perform this test and have results in 2-3 days for $150.00 when bundled together with a home inspection, or $175.00 as an individual inspection, which includes trip charges.
Home Energy Inspection

Worked with Steve on getting a water test done for a FHA mortgage. Steve was easy to work with. When the water test came back and there was a discrepancy with the address formatting Steve had it resolved in half a day and corrected with the report. This guy really cares. He cares about doing things in a timely manor as he knows sometimes when working with mortgage companies there is a time crunch. Thank you Steve!

Steve has saved us yet again. When we purchased our home a year ago the person selling it did not get a water test done. We were in the process of selling our home and the closings were on the same date. We found out just before closing that the water test on the home we were purchasing was not done. In a panic we called Vees and Steve was professional and polite. He was able to make a special trip that day to keep us on track. Steve was great! I called him Friday afternoon with a last minute requirement for a VA loan. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it done in time to close on the house. Steve rearranged his schedule and assured me he’d get it done. He was out to the property first thing Monday morning, and delivered ahead of schedule. Very polite and professional on the phone as well. I’ll be referring to Vees Home Inspection in the future.

I had Steve do a home inspection for me prior to purchasing my home. I knew of a problem with the windows prior to inspection that was never listed in the inspection paperwork. I had to have him go back to the house and re-inspect an obvious issue with the home. After the inspection my wife and I moved into the house and found out the dishwasher and the dryer do not work. I also found out the plumbing was backed up. I called Steve afterwords only to hear that he does not check basic appliances and claimed that he checked all the plumbing in the house.
