We work closely with local orthopedic doctors, and perform rehabilitation services for total joint replacements, rotator cuff repair and other post-surgical diagnoses, hand therapy, lymphedema management, neck and back rehabilitation, sports and fitness rehabilitation, and women's health physical therapy including osteoporosis and pelvic floor therapy.

Rehab Partners is an outpatient rehabilitation center that is staffed with Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA). Our name arises from our belief that the patient should be a partner in the rehabilitation process, accepting responsibility for compliance with the treatment plan in order to achieve optimal recovery.

Originally from Indiana, Donna earned her BS in 1982 from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. She has worked in a variety of settings, including long-term care, acute care and psychiatric services; she gained extensive management experience during this time.
