Small bank with small ideas--and a particularly nosy disposition... Making judgements on your businesses they have no clue about. Seemingly approachable but just ignorant. Avoid at all cost. Working with these guys has always been laborious, but I thought I was supporting a local business that would support me. I was wrong. Despite substantial, 7 figure assets, and millions in annual deposits, all while never missing any payments on anything over 4 years of working with them, these clowns can't support a 40k line of credit when needed during slow season. Drake Bank has been a great bank for us for over 10 years now. We went with a smaller bank for better customer service and a small town bank "feel". Their the best. During their recent new on-line banking transition Annemarie and Melissa along with other operations staff have been terrific and have worked with us directly to customize our multiple accounts and profiles. I have done my personal and business banking at Drake for many years. I initially chose Drake because it was close to my work and it was a community bank. I have stayed with Drake because of the fantastic customer service I have received there. The staff at Drake bank really care about their customers, and go out of their way to help me when I need it. When I have a question about my accounts I either call or stop into the bank and there is always someone available and happy to help me. I highly recommend Drake Bank!
