Beautiful, rich colors, excellent color combinations. It was a beautiful arrangement for a birthday. I don't live local, and was hoping for the best when I ordered them. You did not disappoint.

Bait & Switch leaves bad taste in my mouth. Ordered "Wild Fire" as shown and see what I got. Jennifer was very defensive about their practice. I understand subs if a certain flower is not available but don't tell the customer that you can get it - on a phone order, not internet. And then, at least try to keep the integrity of the design. Novel idea - call your customer and tell them that you will deliver "something" to your recipient but it will look nothing like what you ordered. Two stars instead of one because they delivered "something" on the right date. Will not use again; deceptive practices
