Ive tried to get in contact with them several times throughout the past few months and not so much as an email back. The apartments look nice but lack of communication doesnt wow me.

Lovely pool and Apartments. Staff is great! Gabby is super sweet and showed us the demo apartment and it is gorgeous. Can't wait to settle in next month. As of right now 5 stars across the board.

Very unprofessional and they dont care about the safety of the residents plus they treat their employees very poorly and unjust actions. Its really unfortunate that community safety is disregarded and i would not recommend anyone move there.

They definitely have excellent maintenance!!!! (I worked in property managemthat'snot easy to find) Made a call regarding a pretty urgent maintenance matter & Levi literally was at my friend's door in less than 2 minutes!!! He resolved the situation quickly & efficiently! Displayed great customer service & professionalism

I love living at Cascade Village, such a calm and clean environment. The gardening is done every week! We have a dog park now, its awesome for my Michi.
