Papillion manor is an incredible place. The day I moved my mother in, she was treated like family. At least a dozen staffers came by to introduce themselves and make sure she was welcome. The care and facilities are top notch. My mom was extremely hesitant to move. After one day she told me Im very happy. This says a lot that she felt comfortable this soon. What a great place and wonderful people!!!

When my dad fell and broke his hip, I called Michelle @ Papillion Manor and she was able to get him a room going straight from the hospital to their location. Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Nice rooms - he loved the view from his window!

Atrocious night service and barely any if not 0 help during the day caused a death mainly pinned on one night time CNA that works 200 - 210.

Papillion Manor is the only place I would consider placing a Loved One whether for rehabilitation after a procedure or a place to live offering that long term care they need. They always go beyond for the Residence and I have been Impressed when I have been there with the cleanliness, food, and Staff.

They treat their employees terribly, even in their times of need after years of service. Especially Courtney, there is no excuse for the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect even during a pandemic. You should be ashamed, and frankly, we should have this looked at from a legal standpoint.
