If I could give negative stars I would. They have one branch open from 9-12 on Saturday. In this "transition" (which they only sent one brochure sized flyer in the mail about), they 1) locked me out of my account for a week. I had to go to a PNC atm to see my funds. 2) lost $350 of a refund from Amazon that was supposed to be in my account. When I called the hotline for help, I was told a specialist would get back to me in 3-5 business days. 3) they LOST MY PAYCHECK. As I'm paid on Friday, I didn't notice until Saturday morning. No worries! They're closed! I had to take

One of the worst banks I've had to date. I am currently working overseas, and have been with Omega the entire time. My debit card will intermittently be declined despite sufficient funds because I try to use it during prime hours here and Omega's system is offline for "daily updating." This is the only bank I've had that problem with (including other FCUs), and this has caused no shortage of public embarrassment. Furthermore they will seemingly randomly adjust your "daily balance" you can use your debit card for (debit, not credit) and not tell you it has changed or what it has been changed to

Omega Federal Credit Union in Wexford, is very fortunate to have Jim Huerbin as one of their Member Service Representatives. Not only was he incredibly polite, but he showed me Top notch customer service and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. His knowledge of the membership process streamlined my visit and all questions were answered. If you are looking for a New bank and/or credit union, look no further. Go see Jim at Omega(Wexford). P.S. Ask him about Custom Made wooden projects. He has Skills!

I have only been a member for a short while, but the staff at this Wexford branch is so friendly and professional. I wish I had made the switch to Omega sooner. Not only do I have accounts, but my children do as well. The customer service is superb. Highly recommend this company.

The customer service at this branch is amazing. They were super helpful getting me settled with an account after moving here from another state. Jim and Jenn were super nice too!
