Steve is truly an exercise specialist. I play professional independent baseball; Steve worked with me to fix some back issues and teach me how to work out without injuring myself. He went above and beyond to tailor each exercise to my needs and explain the reasoning behind them. He gave me confidence in my ability to maintain strength without compromising my health. Thanks again!

I haven't played golf for 4 years due to 2 back surgeries. I was in pain all the time. I have been in rehab 1/2 my life to no avail. One of my clients told my about Steve and how after a bad car accident and back surgeries, he was the only one that helped him. I have been training with Steve for 8 months now, I am pain free and playing golf again. His methods and knowledge are amazing. My wife works out with him and thinks the same. Thank you Steve

I started going to Steve a few weeks ago because I have been suffering with back, neck and shoulder pain for years, everything I have tried including chiropractic, yoga, Pilates and physical therapy hadnt helped at all in fact sometimes makes it worse .I was diagnosed 16 years ago with Multiple Sclerosis and although I am very lucky to be able to walk and do all that I do , everyday is a struggle with pain. Steve teaches you about your body and muscles and how they work which makes you understand each and every exercise better. Working out used to be sweating and a lot or pain afterwards ,

A few years ago, I injured my back doing squats. An Xray revealed lumbar scoliosis I never knew I had and mild disc degeneration. After the injury, my back was never the same. Sudden, sharp lower back pains became a daily occurrence, my back ached and some days I had trouble standing up straight. I sought pain relief from MDs, chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapy... Any relief was only temporary.
Exercising on my own triggered my back pain, so I stopped that too. At 30 yrs old I was worried how my back would feel longterm if I did nothing... I realized the only way to prevent

Steve is the BEST! After hurting my back and discovering I had severe herniations of my L-4 and L-5 I thought my lifting days were over. I was reluctant for a long time to see someone to deal with it, and when I finally did (two years later) my doctor told me I wouldnt be able to deadlift anymore, and that Id need to figure out other ways to do what I loved, or the herniations would get worse. I started seeing Steve, and my back feels 100% ! I no longer have constant pain, and the best part: I can deadlift again! Ive learned so much about proper exercise technique, how to get the most
