The original Canterbury Course was designed by one of our founding members, Englishman, Herbert Strong. Mr. Strong was an excellent player in his own right, but his ability to design a golf course would be his enduring legacy. Not long after Strong had finished with his design at Canterbury did a man by the name of Jack H. Way make his mark on Canterbury.

We are located at 22000 S. Woodland Road in Shaker Heights, OH. Upon entering please drive directly to the Clubhouse to our Valet Staff - we will take care of everything from that point and direct you to our Locker Rooms. You will be directed to the Golf Shop and to the Golf Operations where our Staff will direct you to the Practice Area if you choose.
