Dormer Additions
Dormer additions expand living space by modifying roof structures to create full-height ceilings. These additions enhance natural light, add aesthetic appeal, and increase home value. Our team ensures seamless integration with existing architecture while maintaining structural integrity. Clients benefit from customized designs that maximize functionality and visual harmony.
Second Story Additions
Second-story additions provide vertical space solutions for single-story homes. This service includes strategic design to match existing architecture, durable material selection, and efficient construction. Homeowners gain additional bedrooms, bathrooms, or recreational areas while preserving outdoor space and enhancing property value.
Mother/Daughter Conversions
Mother/daughter conversions create two connected yet independent living units within one home. Our approach prioritizes privacy, accessibility, and shared convenience. These conversions include separate kitchens and bathrooms while maintaining cohesive design, ideal for families seeking flexible living arrangements without compromising independence.
Complete Home Alterations
Complete home alterations involve comprehensive redesigns, from structural changes to interior updates. We handle full gut renovations, layout reconfigurations, and energy-efficient upgrades. This service transforms outdated spaces into modern, functional environments while adhering to local building codes and enhancing long-term property value.
Garage Conversions
Garage conversions repurpose existing structures into functional living areas like bedrooms, offices, or playrooms. Our process includes insulation, flooring upgrades, and code-compliant modifications. This cost-effective solution expands living space without altering a home's footprint, offering versatile use options for growing families.

Wonderful experience with everything! We were very scared going in with such a large project. Nick and Howie both made everything so much easier than we feared! The process was smooth, manageable, and with no surprises. My wife and I did decide to add some things on our own, but those were the only cost changes. I can't say enough good thing about Great Additions! And our house is GORGEOUS now! Nick design ideas really impressed us!

We had a wonderful experience working with Great Additions. Mike, Howie and Allison were all excellent to work with and extremely professional. They were all very patient, helpful and responsive. They would get back to us all hours of the day with any questions we had. Mike was our project manager and i cant begin to explain how incredible and helpful he was. He made a major renovation project so much smoother than i ever imagined. We were living in the basement while we were getting the work completed, and all of the workers were very respectful, understanding and courteous of our privacy. They
