Please note that our Office hours are when we are in the office and our Business hours are the hours we are available to attend events. If you call or email us outside of our Office hours, please allow up to 24 - 48 office hours for us to get back with you. Please provide us with any other important event information such as: "Age of birthday child" or "Approximate number of attendees."
