We liked the accommodations very much but in our view it would be good if agency can be more responsive over the weekends. We called while staying and no one answered.

We stayed at the Bear Creek Lodge for our sons baseball team for the Triple Crown Sport Series. Only about half of the team stayed at Bear Creek which is a part of Trappeurs Lodge. The condo was great! Very well laid out.
However, the security guys there were terrible. Some of our kids were swimming at the pool and got lectured many times for being too loud. Our boys were completely behaving. Another night, 3 adults were out on the deck and the security guy told us to be quiet. He said that we were in an upscale condo and needed to act as such. Really? Pretty sure we paid for it and we are not

Bear Lodge was even better than we expected. The hot tub and fire pit on the rooftop were the best! All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans. Excellent vacation!

Stayed with Simply Steamboat during the ski season of 2013. They did a wonderful job and we will definitely return. Great service, excellent people and wonderful properties!
