Innova replaced the windshield on our CR-V. They were super quick to reply to my request for a quote and then an appointment. As soon as I arrived at the shop, they looked at the vehicle and confirmed the details of what needed to be done, promising to be done in an hour-and-a-half or two. I chose to stay in the comfortable waiting area with couches, magazines, a tv, coffee, and tea. Then 70min after my arrival, they were already finished.

This business is inside the Lee Myles auto shop. The gentleman gave me doubts about his abilities at first. $60 to repair a star in the glass about the size of a quarter. The repair was made and seems to have worked. No spreading of cracks from the star. Job well done!

I brought my car here to have the windshield replaced. A day after the install, I noticed scratches on the hood and on the roof where they had taken off a satellite antenna. As you can see in the attached pictures, the scratches are large, deep, and the rest of the vehicle's paint is in like-new condition. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of caring, he immediately went to defensive mode and stated "the hood is not our work area and we don't lay tools on it or around the car" and "the area of the scratch on the roof is way off of where we were working".
