I need an emergency pair of glasses made. New client, got me in, exam was easy. Picking out glasses was easy, good selection. I was shocked when they said my glasses would be ready today. All time spent in and out of the door within a 1.5 hours. Definitely returning.

Went in for my yearly eye exam and the staff was so friendly. Everything was really clean! They had some very advanced technology. Dr. Barnes was very thorough and answered all of my questions. They also had a large selection of glasses. It was a great experience!

The staff are nice and the eye Dr was pretty good. But the company had lost my glasses and I'm still waiting on them to be sent to me. They are over a week past due.

Sold me XXL frames without telling me this. My eyes were dilated and I did not know this. Prior to having eyes dilated I tried them on without prescription lenses. Again, no one told me they wereXXL. As soon as they came in and I put them on with prescription lenses I could immediately see they were too big. Though they never told me they were designed for people who need custom fitted due to larger shaped head, they did tell me I cant return. Terrible.

I went in with a pair of glasses not from there to get a screw fixed in my frames. They fixed them in a few minutes and charged me nothing.
