Despite being on automatic delivery, my tanks went empty after hours. When I called I was told that because their computers were down they could not verify I was a customer so I would be charged a $70 off-route fee and another $70 for a pressure test, plus the cost of the fuel, cash only. When the driver arrived hours later he was drunk and did not perform a test.

We just got their bill with only 4 amounts itemized. (1)Total parts, (2)Total labor, (3)sales tax (4) travel charge - which is a new fee never before charged for the last 15 years that we have been their customer. We are not satisfied with their business practices and will begin shopping for better service and better pricing.

Terrible customer service, inflated prices for replacement parts, will not respond to email requesting clarification of bill, etc.
Moved into new house with A.E. Robinson propane tank, but after trying to deal with these people and hearing all the bad local opinions, I am jumping ship to a new supplier with a good reputation. Who has time for a company that doesn't care about its customers??
