Chuck Fisher started teaching Driver Education in 1995 at both public and private high schools in Illinois. The Fisher Driving School is committed to road safety and strives to ensure that our graduates learn to be courteous and prepared while operating motor vehicles. Chuck has received numerous state and national safety awards for Driver Education programs that he has lead in the public and private schools.
Chuck is dedicated to the education of safe, conscious and well-educated drivers in Illinois. Chuck believes that Driver Education is a team effort involving the instructor, student and parent. The goal of this program is to teach the new driver to be an intelligent driver for a lifetime of safe driving.

Our Teen Driver Education Program is approved by the Secretary of State and the Illinois State Board of Education. Textbooks are provided for in classroom use and all students receive a Behind the Wheel handbook to keep. Call our office (309-452-7233) to check availability of classes before registering.

Must pass a written and vision test at the State Driver Services Facility to obtain an instruction permit. The payment for the first lesson is due upon registration and payment is due at the beginning of each additional lesson. Driving times are evenings, weekends, and sometimes during the lunch hour.

What is Fisher Driving School? We are a commercial driving school licensed by the Illinois Secretary of State. The Secretary of State approves all of our programs and curriculum. All of our instructors pass a background check and are tested and licensed by the Secretary of State. After 12 years of teaching Driver Education in the public and private high schools, Chuck Fisher has started his own school.
