We called on New Years Day! Expecting them not to come today and the man showed up within 30 min of our call. He fixed our problem asap the weather was 25 degrees and its dropping all the way down tonight! Very grateful and thankful for B&B

It has been a scorcher this year and unfortunately our A/C units get to work overtime without a break. B & B to the rescue. I called them in the morning after getting an authorization from my warranty company (my warranty company thats its own story with not the most impressive results but this review isnt about them) and B&B said they could be out that day possibly because they were just covered up or at the latest the next day I live in Miami they are out of grove. Before I got out of work at 2pm they were on the way. A J our technician was absolutely amazing. A J took amazing pride

I reached out to them when my old HVAC system sent 3 feet of water into my living room. They had someone to my place that week and my house needed a new system. When I was ready to bite the bullet I called them and my name was added to the list. I received a call Thursday night while at work so I called them in the morning on Friday after 7am. They were at my place by 9am. They were very professional, having to take trim off the door to remove the old system; then adding a new one HVAC and putting the trim back into place. Our AC unit stopped making cold air. Submitted a request on a Sunday and was contacted the next morning. A technician was able to come check the system that afternoon. Kenny came to our house and figured out the problem very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to take care of us. Highly recommended!
